What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
We have stayed here several times and would choose it again and again. We love it! The rooms are spotlessly clean and the air con works very well & quietly. The beds are so comfortable and shower facilities are perfect - the bathroom is large and modern. The location of the hotel is superb, it is 2 minutes walk from the centre of Quillan and although it is situated on the main road it is quiet. Our rooms have always been at the back of the hotel. There is v good parking at the hotel and their restaurant is SUPERB. The food is delicious and without a doubt the best place to eat in Quillan. Thank you to Olivia and his team of workers who consistently strive hard to provide such high standards. We look forward to our next stay.

Great location. Very Comfortable and clean room, good Air-conditioning, free parking outside, lovely dining room, lovely dinner and lots of choice at breakfast, Thank you Olivier and Luan for looking after me!

Nouveau formulaire, pb sfr.. Hotel très bien tenu, chambres climatisées spacieuses. Personnel agréable et sérieux. Parking souterrain disponible. Très bon restaurant le soir. Incontournable sur Quillan

Hôtel spacieux et très bien tenu. Chambre très jolie et avec tout le confort (bouilloire, thé et café, eau fraiche). Le dîner et le petit déjeuner étaient de qualité avec beaucoup de choix. Nous avons passé un moment très agréable et reposant à la Chaumière.

L'hôtel et le restaurant ont beaucoup de charme. L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport aux sites de tourisme et offre un cadre relaxant pour la soirée. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, bien climatisée. Le petit balcon est agréable. La cuisine régionale est très bonne et le service agréable. La salle est magnifique et la petite terrasse est appréciable. Enfin l'accueil est agréable et le personnel très aimable. C'est la troisième fois que nous séjournons à La Chaumière. Nous le recommandons et nous y reviendrons.
